Pressed by Nature Trinket Trays

  • Gathered Hearth 4105 7th Avenue East Prince Albert, SK, S6V 7K5 Canada (map)

Gather with us for a hands-on workshop where creativity and nature come together. We’ll use Mother Nature’s gifts to create unique clay trays and trinket dishes.

Explore the textures, patterns, and shapes found in nature as you press botanicals into clay, transforming simple materials into functional pieces of art. No experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to create.

Come and connect with nature, create  handmade pieces that capture the beauty of the outdoors. The pieces will then be left to dry, Connie will fire and glaze them in a way to honour the natural beauty you create.

All ages welcome, children under 12 require an adult participant.

$75 per person — (You will walk away with 3-4 individual trinket plates)

Meet Connie—

Connie is a passionate creator who believes that working with clay is not only fun, but wonderful therapy for the soul. She loves getting her hands in clay, exploring new ideas, and sharing the joy of creating with others.

Her 4 grandkids have her heart and loves every minute she gets to spend with them.  Her and her partner Elliott cohabitate with their sweet dog, Izzy, who is fondly referred to as their house donkey! When shes not creating with clay, you’ll often find her behind her camera—she is also a photographer and is passionate about capturing the beauty in everyday moments.

She is thrilled to be sharing this pottery experience with you. Connie’s hope is that you’ll relax, play, create, and most of all, have fun with the clay!
