Yoga

Sound Healing

Within this immersive sound journey, layers of crystal sound bowls, drums, flutes and gentle keys weave together creating a field of stillness, tranquility and deep rest. This is a restorative experience, an invitation to slow the body and quite the mind. To drop beneath the surface and listen inward. Throughout the journey, gentle, intuitive energy work will be offered through subtle nurturing touch. To support the body in softening , unwinding and returning to balance. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter and more connected to the Hearth within.
