KATIE
Run Club Co-facilitator
Hi, I’m Katie! I recently made the move from Regina to Prince Albert and couldn’t be more excited to be here. I come from a background in boutique fitness and was also a dance teacher—so if there’s a beat, we’re definitely moving to it.
I love creating classes that feel welcoming, fun, and just the right amount of challenge. My classes are designed to help you build strength, feel confident, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels supportive and approachable.
What to expect in Katie’s SCULPT & SCULPT RESTORE classes:
A good beat and an even better vibe
Music that keeps you moving—I’m a pop girly at heart with a mix of EDM, throwbacks, and a little rap
Rhythm-based movement (blame the former dance teacher)
A supportive, feel-good environment where you can show up exactly as you are
And yes… a little bit of “WERK” when the moment calls for it
TANYA
Run Club Co-facilitator, Handmade Swap
Tanya is an herbalist, space holder, and lifelong student of the body’s innate wisdom, continually led by curiosity and wonder.
Her journey into sound healing began when she was gifted her first set of crystal singing bowls. While she was already familiar with sound healing through the lens of the receiver, a deeper curiosity emerged around the science and energetics of sound. What began as simply exploring and playing with frequency soon evolved into a mentorship in sound therapy, where Tanya developed a deeper understanding of the intimate relationship between the body and the biofield. She came to understand that when we work with the field, we influence the body—and when we work with the body, we influence the field.
In her offerings, Tanya weaves together her passion for herbalism with the tapestry of sound and frequency, creating experiences that invite participants into deeper connection with themselves. Through intentional tea rituals, participants are invited to connect with the vibrational essence of medicinal plants while being immersed in the frequencies of sound. Together, these modalities create space to slow down, listen, and observe how the wisdom of both plant and frequency lands within the body.
Rather than offering answers, Tanya’s work is an invitation to remember. Each experience is designed to help you access your own inner knowing, deepen your relationship with your body, and reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within you.
